Prayer for a home

Buying or building a home takes great financial investment. Owning a home is a great blessing. You receive freedom from moving from one rented house or apartment to another. Also, there is great comfort and peace of mind knowing that you are not just working hard to help others to pay their mortgage. God wants you to own your own house. If you want what God has in store for you. You just need to ask him. God will answer your prayer for a home.

Prayer for the right home

Father, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Lord, please bless me with a  home that will exceed all my expectations. Father, you are faithful and just and you always keep your word. You promise me a home filled with all precious things and I know you are not a man so you cannot lie. Every word you promise must come to pass in my life. I stand firm in this confidence that I have in you and claim my debt-free home today. Lord help me to find a house that is right for me and my family. The right number of rooms, washrooms, and large backyard. Lord lead me to the right house today. Father please hear and answer my prayer for a home. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer of Gratitude for a home

Father, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Lord, please give me a heart of gratitude as I wait on you for my perfect home. Father, I am grateful for this place where we live now. You have provided a roof over our heads. While it is not ours, I thank you for it and I trust you to give me a home of my own. A place that me and my family can look forward to coming home to every day.  Father, you promised that in blessing you will bless me, and in multiplying, you will multiply me.

Today I claim the blessing of Abraham, blessed in the city, blessed in the fields, blessed in my going out and my coming in. I thank you for the lovely house that you will give me, a house filled with all precious things. Thank you father for covering me and my family and our new home under the blood of Jesus. Lord when we receive our new home, help us to always be grateful and keep our eyes fixed on you and heavenly things and not be drawn away with worldly things. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Prayer for financial help to buy a home

Father, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Lord, you promise to supply all my needs according to your riches in Christ Jesus. I know you know and see my need for a house for me and my family. A place where we can live peacefully and happily every day of our lives. Lord, please provide the money we need to buy this debt-free home. I know you will make a way, even when there seems to be no way because you are the waymaker. You are rich, and the cattle on a thousand hills belong to you.

Lord, the earth is yours and the fullness thereof, the world and all that dwell within it. There was nothing made that wasn’t made by you. Father God, you own it all. Father, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Lord, please guide my steps to the right house for me and my family. I know you have the perfect house according to the desires of my heart. A house I have not built. A house filled with all precious things, You said in your words that unless you build the house the laborer’s labor in vain. Father, please build me a house, a good house, a house that is blessed by you. A house where I will feel safe and at rest. Lord, I thank you promise me that I will live in a safe dwelling and quiet resting place. Lord, I know you will keep me and my family safe in our new home. Thank you, father. In Jesus, name, I pray. Lord, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Father, you are my protector and my strong tower. Please keep me and my family safe in our home from all evil. Lord take away all fears of evil forces that could cause damage to my house. Father let me and my family always live in peace and safety knowing that you will protect us from all harm. Lord help me not to worry about anything but leave everything in your mighty strong hands. Father keep my mind free from all anxieties and distress as I wait on you for my new house. Prayer to focus on Jesus

Father, I come to you in Jesus’ name. Lord, you have been so good to me and I give you all the thanks and praise for providing the way for me to buy my new house. Lord, I thank you for my big beautiful home with precious things. Father give me the grace not to put this house or anything in it above you. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you and the glory that is awaiting me in heaven. Lord help me not to be preoccupied with earthly possessions but to store up my treasures in heaven. Lord you are my everything, help me to focus all my attention on you. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
