The Cave - Sweet Words of Life

The Cave

The Cave

Psalms 91:1
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

The Cave

Troubles coming down like rain

Saul’s looking for you

But God has you covered

He hides you in the secret place

You are inside the cave

Saul’s outside looking, searching,

Falling asleep on his feet

Sleeping, snoring at the mouth of the cave

where you are hiding

Walk over Saul, no need to wish him dead

God is your vindicator

God is your protector

He will deal with Saul

Your soul escape like a bird

The battle is not yours

The mighty One is fighting for you

Your help knows everything

Trust him today.

The Lord will hide you in the shelter

He will cover you with his mighty wings

Why should you fear when the strong one is with you

The wind and rain may come but you are covered

The Lord is your refuge and strong tower

Trust in his words, they are your shield

from the lies of the enemy

Evil will slay the wicked but it will not come near you

The wicked will soon reap their reward

They will soon be cut off

Have no fear, God’s got this

He will not let you fall.

Troubles coming down like rain. Stay in the cave.
